OEM Precision CNC Machining Service in China

Custom-machined metal and plastic components, from a single prototype to repeat high-volume production

As a precision CNC machining service in China, we manufacture draw-to-print parts for OEM buyers, equipment builders, distributors and maintenance teams in Europe, North America, Russia, Pakistan, South Africa and other overseas markets. Each order is produced against the customer's own drawings and specifications, from raw material selection to machining, deburring, inspection and protective packaging.

Turning, 3-axis / 4-axis / 5-axis milling, drilling and tapping are all handled on the same production floor, so process routing stays short, lead times remain predictable and dimensional consistency is maintained whether the order contains one piece or several thousand.

Core Machining Capabilities

A precision CNC machining service in China built around the processes that custom metal and plastic parts actually need, combined in-house instead of being split across several vendors.

01

CNC Turning

CNC lathes and turning centers produce rotational parts such as shafts, pins, bushings, sleeves, rings, threaded fittings and flanges. External and internal turning, facing, grooving, boring and cut-off are supported, and live-tool stations add cross-drilling and light milling in a single clamping to protect concentricity.

02

CNC Milling: 3 / 4 / 5 Axis

3-axis milling handles standard prismatic parts, pockets, slots and profiles. 4-axis indexing reaches multiple faces without repeated refixturing, while simultaneous 5-axis machining produces continuous-curve surfaces such as impellers and cycloidal disks, reducing setups and the alignment error that accumulates between them.

03

Drilling

Hole making is performed on machining centers and dedicated drilling equipment: straight holes, stepped holes, counterbores, countersinks, spot faces and reamed holes, with diameter and position controlled to the drawing. Deep holes and angled holes are planned at the programming stage to keep tool reach and chip evacuation under control.

04

Tapping & Threading

Internal threads are produced by tapping or thread milling, and external threads by single-point turning. Metric and unified inch forms, coarse and fine pitches, as well as parallel and tapered pipe threads for fluid-power fittings can all be accommodated, with thread gauges used for verification.

From One Prototype to High-Volume Production

Order quantity never changes the standard of workmanship. Equipment, programs and inspection routines scale with the batch instead.

1

One-off & Prototype

Single pieces and design-validation samples machined directly from 3D models with minimal setup time, suitable for fit checks, functional tests and replacement spares.

2

Small Batch

Runs of roughly 10 to 500 pieces for pilot production, aftermarket demand and equipment spares, with first-article confirmation before the remaining quantity is run.

3

Serial Production

Recurring batches produced with fixed tooling, stored CNC programs, stable cycle times and archived setup sheets, so every release matches the approved first article.

4

High-volume Runs

Large quantities are spread across multiple machines with duplicated fixtures, staged material supply and batch-level inspection records to protect both output and delivery time.

Tolerances, Finishes and In-house Verification

Quality is built into the routing rather than added at the end, with measurable targets agreed against each drawing before cutting starts.

Drawing-driven Tolerances

Call-outs on the customer drawing always take priority. On controlled features, ±0.01 mm is routine, and ±0.005 mm can be held on selected dimensions where geometry, material and machine capability allow.

Controlled Surface Roughness

As-machined surfaces typically reach Ra 3.2; toolpath optimization and finishing passes bring functional and sealing surfaces down to Ra 0.8 and finer when the drawing requires it.

In-process Control

First-piece inspection, operator self-checks and periodic patrol inspection run during production, with tool wear compensation adjusted before features drift out of tolerance.

Final Measurement

Finished parts pass through 2D optical profile measurement and 3D coordinate measurement for spatial features, threads and bore relationships, with deburring and cleaning before packing.

On the Floor: Machining and Inspection

Production equipment and measuring equipment sit side by side, so a feature can be cut, checked and corrected without leaving the workshop.

CNC machining workshop floor

Workshop

The main production floor, with turning and milling equipment grouped by process flow for shorter routing and faster handling between operations.

CNC milling, drilling and tapping work area

CNC Milling

Vertical machining centers producing prismatic parts, pockets and hole patterns, with drilling and tapping completed in the same setup where possible.

CNC turning of metal parts

CNC Turning

Rotational metal parts cut on CNC lathes, with controlled feeds and speeds selected for each material to protect dimensions, threads and surface finish.

5-axis CNC machining of a prototype part

5-Axis Milling

Five-axis centers machine sculptured surfaces such as impeller blades and complex reducer components in fewer setups, preserving positional accuracy.

2D optical profile projector measurement

2D Measuring

An optical profile projector checks 2D contours, radii, angles and edge profiles against the drawing, especially on thin blades and small stamped-style features.

3D coordinate measuring machine inspection

3D Measuring

A coordinate measuring machine verifies spatial relationships, bore positions and complex 3D geometry, producing recorded measurements for the batch file.

Industries and Components We Support

Drawings from different sectors share the same routing discipline; the examples below show where machined parts from this floor typically end up.

Power Transmission & Gearboxes

Helical gears, cycloidal disks, pinion shafts, reducer housings, output flanges and eccentric components for speed reducers and drive assemblies.

Hydraulics & Fluid Systems

Valve blocks, manifolds, threaded fittings, adapter sleeves, sealing rings and pipe flanges where bore finish and thread accuracy are critical.

Industrial Machinery

Custom machine components, brackets, mounting plates, spindles, guide blocks and wear parts for production lines and automated equipment.

Pumps, Compressors & Energy

Impellers, shaft sleeves, balance rings, coupling halves and rotating components that demand continuous-curve 5-axis machining.

Machined brackets, connectors, spacers, pivot pins and sub-components supplied as repeat batches for vehicle and trailer builders.

Construction & Municipal Hardware

Heavy-duty access covers and frames, structural fittings and corrosion-resistant stainless hardware for outdoor and underground service.

How a Custom Machining Order Proceeds

A predictable four-stage path keeps drawing, material, machine and inspection record aligned from the first drawing review to the packed carton.

1

Drawing Review

2D drawings (PDF, DWG) and 3D models (STEP, IGES, X_T) are reviewed for geometry, datums, tolerances, threads, material grade and expected quantity.

2

Quotation & DFM Notes

Pricing is built from the actual routing — machine, fixturing, tooling and cycle time — and manufacturability notes are added where a feature can be improved.

3

Machining & First Article

Material is prepared and marked with its lot, programs are written and proven, and a first article is measured and confirmed before the batch is released.

4

Inspection & Packing

Final dimensional inspection, deburring, cleaning and anti-corrosion treatment as needed, followed by protective packaging suited to long-distance freight.

Frequently Asked Questions

Practical answers buyers ask when evaluating a precision CNC machining service in China for a new or repeat custom part.

What information is needed to quote a part?

A dimensioned 2D drawing with tolerances, threads and surface requirements is the baseline, together with a 3D model where available. Material grade, target quantity and any treatment or finishing requirements allow the quotation and routing to be completed in one pass.

Can you produce just a single piece?

Yes. One-off prototypes, replacement spares and very small batches are accepted on the same equipment and under the same inspection routine as volume orders; only the setup strategy and pricing structure differ.

How large can a production run be?

There is no fixed upper cutoff. Recurring batches from several hundred to tens of thousands of pieces can be arranged through duplicated fixturing, multiple-machine scheduling and phased delivery against a blanket order.

What tolerances and finishes are realistic?

The customer drawing always governs. ±0.01 mm on controlled dimensions is routine, ±0.005 mm is feasible on selected features, and surface roughness down to Ra 0.8 can be achieved; tighter call-outs are reviewed against geometry and material before order confirmation.

Can customer-supplied material be used?

Parts can be machined either from stock sourced through our established suppliers or from material provided by the customer. Grade, heat number and lot information are recorded so each finished batch remains traceable to its raw material.

How is consistency kept on repeat orders?

CNC programs, fixture drawings, setup sheets, tooling lists and first-article measurement records are archived by part number, so a reorder reproduces the approved geometry instead of being programmed from scratch.

For OEM buyers that need a reliable precision CNC machining service in China, the combination of turning, multi-axis milling, drilling, tapping and in-house measurement under one roof means fewer hand-offs, shorter lead times and parts that match the drawing batch after batch.
