2.3 Drilling and Tapping for TPU Assembly Holes

TPU soft material hole processing is prone to orifice stretching deformation, hole wall unevenness and burr winding. For assembly positioning holes, fixing through holes and counterbore holes, we adopt graded fast pre-drilling + low-speed finishing trimming process to ensure round and complete orifice edges and smooth hole walls. For M2–M14 conventional threads, we use special soft plastic taps with ultra-low torque and uniform feed parameters to avoid thread stretching, tooth deformation and material stacking. All threaded holes and positioning holes pass professional go/no-go gauge inspection to ensure accurate assembly and stable locking effect for overseas batch installation.

2.4 Finishing and Stress Stabilization Post-Processing

All finished TPU elastomer parts undergo professional soft material fine deburring and edge shaping to completely remove tough residual burrs and stretched edges without damaging the original elasticity and dimensional accuracy. For long-strip flexible parts and thin-plate sealing parts, we implement static stress stabilization treatment to release residual cutting tensile stress, effectively preventing long-term rebound deformation and size drift.
