304, 316/L, 321, 17-4PH, 2205 duplex stainless steel and other grades. Ideal for corrosion-resistant compressor parts, food-grade applications and high-temperature environments. Available in bar stock, forged and cast forms for custom machining.
Aluminum Alloys
6061-T6, 7075-T6, 2024, 5052 and cast aluminum alloys. Widely used for impellers, diffusers and lightweight compressor components due to excellent strength-to-weight ratio, good machinability and natural corrosion resistance.
Titanium Alloys
Grade 2, Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) and other titanium alloys for high-performance and high-temperature applications. Suitable for aerospace-grade compressors, turbochargers and components requiring high strength and extreme corrosion resistance.
Carbon & Alloy Steels
4140, 4340, 8620, 4130, 1045, 1018 and other carbon and alloy steels. Used for shafts, bearing housings and structural components requiring high tensile strength, toughness and wear resistance, with optional heat treatment and case hardening.
Brass & Copper Alloys
C28000 brass, C36000 free-cutting brass, beryllium copper and other copper alloys. Commonly used for floating bearings, bushings and valve components due to excellent wear resistance, thermal conductivity and anti-seizing properties.
High Temperature Alloys

Dimensional Accuracy & Process Capability
Our 5-axis CNC machining centers and precision grinding equipment achieve tight dimensional tolerances and fine surface finishes required for high-performance compressor and supercharger components. Standard machining tolerances reach ±0.005 mm for critical features, with surface roughness as low as Ra 0.8 μm.
