Our custom five-axis machined products include automotive turbocharger impellers, chemical and steel plant impellers, compressor impellers, centrifuge impellers, nozzle rings, diffusers, blade wheel, blade disk, axial fan blades, and stator blades. Our equipment can machine a variety of metal and non-metal materials such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel, titanium alloy, alloy steel, nylon, and polyurethane.

Additionally, we offer precision milling, turning, drilling, and tapping parts. In collaboration with excellent casting and forging plants, we can provide metal products that are first cast or forged and then precisely machined.

 

Quick response

Customers generally receive a response within 12 hours. Once technical requirements and product quantities are confirmed, a valid quote is provided within 24 hours. Prototype samples are delivered in 3-7 days. After confirming the quality of the samples, bulk products are delivered in 10-20 days.

Using verified and calibrated measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and plug gauges of various specifications, along with machine measurements like coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and vision measuring systems, we ensure thorough quality inspection.
